The Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema reveals coalition details on Wednesday in Alexandra Johannesburg. Addressing journalists the EFF leader revealed that it had coalition talks with both the ruling party ANC and the DA.
He furthermore ascertained that both parties did not meet EFF demands thus no coalitions will be happening. However the EFF pleaded its support to vote for DA in Tshwane and Johannesburg, referring the Democratic Alliance (DA) as a better devil.
Information emerging from close sources within the ANC reveals that the EFF had a pre- agreement to support the ANC.
It is alleged that the ANC secretary General Gwede Mantashe was left fuming after the EFF national address confirming DA support.
“Julius Malema is a sellout, he proved today that he can’t be trusted, we entered in a pre-agreement with him and his party. We promised to deliver some of his promises but we however told him that some of them will take time to deliver. This is form of cowardice, they are scared to take responsibilities, we offered them a chance to govern Johannesburg while they deliver Tshwane to us, and they are cowards who fear criticism. ANC is a party of South Africans, it belongs to South Africa, people love us we will retain power without the help of EFF.”
The EFF leader rubbished the allegations that he held a meeting with the ANC leader President Jacob Zuma in Mozambique and referred to it’s as “cheap politics”. He also assured to punish and humble ANC leaders who chose to protect Zuma and share Zuma blames collectively.
