For a while, the public only knew about Sfiso Ncwane’s two daughters and a son (Nqobile Mzelemu, Mandisa Mseleku and Sduduzo Dlamini) born out of wedlock.
The three children were among those waiting at King Shaka International Airport in Durban for the late singer’s body to arrive ahead of his funeral at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday 10 December.
Now, a 19-year-old Pietermaritzburg girl named Nomthandazo Ngcobo claims she’s Sfiso “other love child”. She made the shocking allegations on social media and also urged people to stop criticising Sfiso’s widow, Ayanda Ncwane. In one of her many Facebook posts, Nomthandazo posted Ayanda’s picture and wrote:
“I don’t have much time to spend with her but the little time I got to spend with her I realised she will never kill even a fly on top of everything she loved Papa very much….I’ve met different people telling me how evil she is but for my knowledge and experience she is carrying loving and uyakwaz ukuthatha ingane angayzali ayenze eyakhe so please people leave mom Ayanda alone she is still in difficult position she needs support and prayers not to be criticized. Love you always. Pray for you always. Support you always [sic].”
Although the Ncwanes have never mentioned Nomthandazo, she has shared her sadness about Sfiso’s death on her social media accounts, and she continues to share numerous pictures with his sons, Ngcweti and Mawenza.
The gospel star passed away on Monday 5 December after reportedly suffering kidney failure. He was laid to rest in his home town in KwaZulu-Natal.
